Can EV 8.0 SP4 archive the Exchange mailbox content for disabled AD user account ?

Yes it can, you just have to set the ExcludeDisabledADAccounts as per this technote - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO32004

ah OK, so after I enable it then the EV job archive can pick that up again in the next run ?
