Enterprise Vault client failing to deploy via Group Policy

I am trying to deploy Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in 10.0.4 to clients via GPO. Group Policy requires an MSI, but this fails as it relies on calling the setup.exe. Has anyone successfully deployed this? I am at the moment attempting to package this in order to create an MSI that can be deployed. Any help would be appreciated.
