I am implementing a new EV environment for Exchange 2013. I have a lot of users who have been exporting email to PST's for years. I would like to have import that email into EV. Is there a clean way of doing that? I could have users import email back into their mailbox but then that would take user involvement. I was hoping to be able to scan directories and have EV pull in the PST's automatically.

Hello Baron164,
This whitepaper can give you an overview of the PST migration process from Enterprise Vault:

There are third party tools that you can also use to simplify the PST migration process. You can check our partners web page for more information:

I hope this helps.

There are also 3rd party tools, if you require more advanced functionality, or more "Enterprise grade" stuff :)
