Messageware and Enterprise Vault

We can't get Messageware on our Exchange 2003 Bridgeheads to work with Archive Explorer in Outlook Web Access. AS per Symantec, this is not supported. Has anyone been able to get these to work?

I remember we made some changes so we could work with message ware owa print for exchange 2007 and exchange 2010... Is it message ware owa print?

I'm not sure we ever did anything OWA 2003, but for 9.0.2 we added support to use MessageWare OWA Print on OWA 2007.

EVGuy, it's best to contact Messageware support and they'll be able to work with our Support in Symantec to resolve the issue you're facing.  Hope that helps,
