OWA buttons not visible

Hello to all

I've this scenario:

  • The people is accessing to webmail at https://webmail.domain.com ==> Here the server is an EDGE
  • this EDGE forward the connection to a CAS (only CAS Role)
  • and the CAS to the Mailbox (Clustered Mailbox)

 

the users cand access to their archived Items, and can do all the actions (restore, find, etc). The buttons are shown in OWA environment, but with a RED X (like when have an error with an image).

 

Any Suggestion?

couple things: 1. enable logging in the web.config file and post the logs after you login and do some activity during your owa session. 2. id be interested to see a screenshot of the buttons.
