Hi folks
The problem that exists is that a user left the company and their AD account was disabled. They were in Enterprise Vault. Now the user is back and their account has been re-enabled, however, the normal process for enabling the account does not work as their mailbox is not listed in the new mailboxes list, nor as a disabled mailbox. A colleague PST'd the vault and deleted it, thinking this will restart the whole process. The user account has still not appeared.
Any ideas?
Many thanks

You need to make sure the user is in a Provisioning Group. If he is, run Provisioning and then Synchronize the mailboxes. That should allow them to be enabled.

Was the user deleted from AD or just disabled ? does the mailbox has an existing entry in the Enterprise Vault database in the ExchangeMailboxEntry table?
