whats is the best practice for backup and restore Enterprise Vault for Microsoft Exchange to and from backup tapes?

and what is the whole procedure for restoring mail item from tape to the user mailbox/archive?

Enterprise vault does not do mailbox arching and mailbox it is far more complex than that, and if you delete an archive and then want t restore that archive it is a long drawn out process Im pretty sure there are best practice white papersmput therethat you should be able to find
