Hello,

I received the demand from my management to give them the amount of mails with "%%%" in the title which where archived.

Is there a way to find it from VAC or via SQL.

Thank you for your help.

Sandrine

Enterprise Vault does not store anything like senders, recipients, subjects, attachment names etc in the native directory databases, all those things are held in the index Your best bet is if you have Discovery Accelerator, to perform a search and then just see how many results you get, otherwise you would have to give your EVAdmin permission to everyone's archive via EVPM and then use http://yourEVServer/EnterpriseVault/search.asp and enter your criteria and then from the archive drop down box, select "" and depending how many archives you have it could take a long time

Thank you JW2,

This is exactly what I was afraid of.... I have more than 40000 archives ;) and we don't have the discovery Accelerator
