Catalog Backup in Netbackup 6.5.4 is writting to one tape only and tape not getting ejected out

We have configured the Hot Catalog backup in 6.5.4 but it is writting to only one tape from CatalogBackup pool.

Also it is not getting ejected out.

Can someone please help me in it and let me know if something more is required here.

You have Hot Catalog backup set up.

it writes to a tape....

the tape stays in the library

so the next time it writes to the same tape....

this is normal .... if you leave the tape in the library...

how do you currently take tapes out of the library every day?
manual, script, vault?

In your vault profile, do you have the option to take a catalog backup set? If so, make sure you have all that set up to write the offsite catalog to an offsite catalog pool, then make sure it gets set in the pools to eject section, you should see it go out then.  If you're not using vault, it may be more complicated.

It's not clear as to whether Manish is using vault or not.

Regular NBU-Catalog policies don't have the option to perform an eject.
