Does Master need connectivity to ACSLS?

Scenario:

Linux Master server at Site A. All media servers at site backup to Data Domain.

Media servers (Windows) at Site B connecting to LTO drives in ACSLS-controlled robot.

Forward and reverse lookup is fine between Site A master and Site B media servers. No firewalls.

QUESTION:
Does Master need connectivity to ACSLS server at site B?
(hostname lookup, port connectivity, etc.)

My understanding is that only Site B media servers need connectivity to ACSLS, right?
(LibAttatch installed on Windows media servers and connection tests are successful).

NBU version 7.1.0.2 (not that I think it is of any importance in this instance...)

I have 2 Netbackup domains with that setup - none of the master servers has access to ACSLS nor do they require it.

That is my understanding as well.. Media servers, in this case, Site B only. Not working?

Thanks for confirmation!

Servers at Site B will be decommissioned from existing master and added to site A.
