Hello Everyone,
Thanx a lot for your support
Matter is resolved now , Actually i had rebooted Media server due to which it had lost its IPMP
and then after carefully noticing i had unplumbed & then plumbed the network interface and the rebooted the server again.
Finally server started working and master server started recognising it as storage unit

Have you checked that all NBU daemons (incl PBX) are running on the media server?
**** EDIT ****
See if this discussion helps:

Looks just like a thread yesterday - to get in back on line quickly try going to Devices - Media Servers in the Admin Console - right click select to restart the device manager server
If it cannot connect at all then i would reboot that media server as well as adding the timeout file that i reccomend in the thread Marianne has linked to

Also - usual questions ...
Has it ever work?
Has anything changed in the environment?
Firewalls?
Anything else we should know?
