Excluded files

Hi ,

We are getting status code 1, even we excluded the files in the excluded list of client host properties.

Master: Sun 5.10   Netbackup 5.1 MP 7

Client : Windows 2003 Netbackup 5.1 MP 6

how to avoid status code 1, where to check. Please help me.
