Hopefully Master, media and client are all on 7.1.0.4 and not unpatched 7.1?

Please post full logs in order to get a better understanding of the issue. Copy logs to txt files (e.g. bpbkar.txt) and post as File attachments.

We will need bpbrm and bptm on the media server and bpbkar on the client.
