Missing NIC interface on window2012 while restore VM

Hi

Unable to see NIC interfaces on window2012,while restoring vmware virtual machine.

Attached snapshot to this discussion..

FYI:Same scenaior tried in window 2008,it's working fine in 2008 OS.

Above issue seen in window2012 OS.Please suggest me how to go ahead further on the same..

I am looking in to the  restore wizard Screenshot that you have provided in other post , hopefully it is the same case.... ( if yes.. i request you to close the other thread by marking the solution with the most suitable answer for the question in opening thread)

considering the Screen shots..  

"remove network interfaces" option is Disabled ( screen shot number 3)

and as per the Discussion

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/vmware-restores-option-remove-network-interface-grayed-out

it will grey out when it find the same setting is actively being used in the Vcenter to the other VM,since it can not disable those, restore job can not let you to restore the network interaface to aviod the confilicts

" you can make sure by checking if the Source VM is power on and being used same Vcenter"
