NetBackup and WebLogic

Is there any way to do a full backup of a Sun Solaris server that contains a WebLogic domain on it and restore it on another server such that the domain is aware of its new surroundings?  Thanks.

There are no specific option for WebLogic like "NetBackup for WebLogic", so you have to make your recovery plan with help of the WebLogic's documents(wrobbins posted nice doc!).
