Can someone help me with this? Here is the detailed status:

Just giving Activity Monitor output does not help.

Please provide as much info as possible:

Client Windows version and patch level and NBU version and patch level
Media server OS and NBU version

Is this the only client failing with status 24?
Is only Incremental schedule failing and Full backup successful?

There have been many posts on this forum with possible reasons for Status 24, for example:

NetBackup Status Code 24 - Possible Parameters to Check
