Netware server Failing with error (42) Network read failed

I am running 3 differen netware servers in 3 different policies.
2 of them is backing up just fine, exept the last one, it gets the error 42.

All the servers are running on an esx. What to do?

Do you want to collect BMR info?  Do your other policies have the same setting?  (Is the checkbox checked or unchecked for collection of BMR info in all three policies?)

I don´t know, if it is nessesary to colleckt, for a Novell server, but for all tree Server the Checkmark is set, and it is only failing on this one, the other once ar running without problems!!

Check the network settings on the cilent.
Make sure its not autoneg and its set at full-duplex.
see the system logs if bpbkar is crashing.

This looks to be a client specific issue. Try to run a smaller backup and see if works.
You should get a more clear error message in the bpbkar log on the client.

Please provide above logs for the same time frame when backup was ran.
These logs will be created in this directories bpbrm, bpdbm (if thay are exist) on NBU server.
/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/ for UNIX
INSALL_PATH\Veritas\Netbacku\Logs for Windows
You do have only one master/media server or Your env is consisting of separate master and media servers?

Before running this job please enable robust logging.
Master server properties: logging/enable robust logging
Global logging level - 5
all other logs shoudl be set to Same as global.

the log is to big for this page, but i cant find the names of those 2 you wrote. the map name is only bp!
