Searching for files to restore

Im using Netbackup 7, i'm wanting to know what is the best way to search for a file you want to restore.

If u know the media ID, you can search from the media. or select the date range, policy type and the navigate to the file location

bplist  command will give you the best options to find out the indvidual files through command line. Other simple option would be Backup, Archive, Restore option from console.
