Hi,

I am getting the error "an extension package is needed but was not installed(9). I am trying to backup a Microsoft Exchange Store on Exchange 2007. I have a mailbox backup that runs successfully but the mailbox store does not seem to work. I did look at the KB article http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/276829.htm but that wasn't of any help. I am using Netbackup 6.5.4 on the Exchange server and also on the master media server. The Exchange Server is a Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 Server with SP2 and the Master, Media server is a Windows 2003 Standard SP2. Has anyone else seen this problem and been able to resolve it?
