cannot make required directory(35)

Hi,

I am running a backup job (MS-Windows) and it ends up with the error: cannot make required directory(35)

Where is the directory that is this job trying to create and how can i troubleshoot this error. Which log do i have to look at.

please post the failed job detail status with the detail of netbackup and OS versions

Please also post policy config. On master server, run bppllist ( policy-name ) -U from .....netbackup\bin\admincmd If this is filesystem backup (MS-Windows or Standard ) please create bpbkar folder on the client under netbackup\logs. Copy log file in this folder to bpbkar.txt and upload as File attachment.
