how to restore catalog if the disaster file not availble but catalog backup Media availble.

Dear Team,

Our customer Netbackup Server 6.5 get crash and Catalog recovery file is also not availble but catalog media is availble.

Kindly suggest the how to recover the data backuped in the tape.
