Platfrom: Windows 2008 R2, Terminal Server, Hyper-V Server, with SharePoint 2010 and SAP Database installed.
It runs fine for more than a month. but it happened recently when I check the backup files which are missed.
It has been doing this for at least the last 3 days, when the Program runs, sometimes, it will force this server to restart or force my NAS(use for store backup files) to disconnect, then the Backup task fail.
System Log:(2 errors)
1. The previous system shutdown at 10:43:49 PM on 4/24/2011 was unexpected.(I scheduled it to run backup at 10:00pm, the system shutdown at 10:43pm. )
2. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ca (0x0000000000000002, 0xfffffa800ce58bc0, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 042411-11934-01.
Application log (A lot of warning Messages before shutdown: Event ID: 8230)
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Failed resolving account administrator with status 1376. Check connection to domain controller and VssAccessControl registry key.

I forget to mentioned that it's a incremental backup task; however, when i start a Full backup, sometimes it runs fine, but when it come back to incremental, this happen again.
I believed that it may be VSS program caused the system to restart. Any Idea?

Are there any errors in the BESR event viewer ?

Acorrding to the BESR event log, there is no Errors reported.
