I'm BESR 2010 on Windows SBS 2008 Server. Backups are failing, apparently due to the inability of the program to delete images to conform to number of Recovery points allowed in the backup settings. The backup will run and create the recovery point files, and then when it tries to delete thenoldest recovery point, it fails a an attempt to delete 2 image files. Error E98000A shows in the log "Cannot retrieve a list of images" twice for each older image it is trying to delete.The first attempted delete shows the added errors -- Error EBAB03E8: Internal Application Error: Hardware Exception c0000096: Error EBAB03F1: OS error 3221225622.
The recovery point created during this backup is then deleted with no other log entries. There is a subsequent off-site back that is nowhere to be found in the logs. I am not consolidating incrementals.
The images listed in the error that are to be deleted do not exist in the primary location, but do exist on the off-site backup. The off-site backup does not contain an RPAM_Store.dat file. Is this what the progarm is looking for?
