Hi there,
I can not log on to BESRM console. The error message is : Unable to connect to the remote server. Below is the detail.

The product version is BESRM 8.0.
On the same server box, Symantec Netbackup 6.5 is installed.
TCP port for BESRM is 8447 and UDP port is 8080. The BESRM used to work well untill yesterday the server was rebooted. After reboot, I could no longer log on to BESRM. There was no software install/change in recent past except anti-virus definition file update.
