I've recently upgraded to BE 12 from 11D and I am using AOFO for my backups. Under BE 12, I get an error 0xE0008538 saying that AOFO cannot be used as the drive is not permanently attached to the computer. It's not a cd drive, removable storage etc, it's a Cluster resource. Therefore I cannot backup my open files on the Cluster any more. How can I do this? I recently got rid of St Bernard Open File Manager in favour of BE own agents so I'm a little miffed it isn't working out of the box. It happens on both 2003 cluster nodes and both are using the latest BE12 agent for Windows Servers. BE12 is fully patched and still gives the same error. What am I doing wrong?
