Unable to connect to remote media server in BE 2010

Hi,

   When i run bemcmd -o501 -chostname from command prompt it works fine. But I have service which is running local system account within that service I am trying to run the same command but it displays the following error. 

Error opening service control manager.

Note: Local system Username and Password are same.

Please help me out with the reason

Veeresh could you try this 'bemcmd -o501 -cHostname -uDomain\username -pPassword' also, you could add -v at the end incase it does not work to ceck the errors.

We were able to achieve it by running our services in domain user and backup exec was also running to domain user.
