Ladies and Gentlemen,

EV 10.0.3 Add-IN and EV Remote Console cohabiting on same Win 7 client machine?

I am pleased to advise that at last, after years of struggling, we have upgraded from EV 2007 7.5 SP3 to EV 10.0.3 on an x64 server !!

However, this has generated an old issue that I'd hoped time and the experts at Symantec would have solved along the way.

I want to use the EV Add-in with my Outlook 2007 mail client and I want to be able to use the EV 10.0.3 remote console application, at the same time and on the same laptop.

Surely, this little issue that was so annoying in EV 7.5 has been solved in the intervening 6 years?

If the question is whether the Outlook Add-in and the Vault Admin Console can be installed (and used) on the same workstation..

But it's always been that way It's just in the older version there was no need to install the client and the console because Valkyrie and the outlook addin was installed as part of the binaries
