Enterprise Vault Error

having an issue with office 2010 and ev client 10 with the patch installed.

users are getting the attaeched error.

"ev : a setting on your computrer that controls the size...."

i reaseaeched and it brought me to this: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO37645

which looks like we need to allow pst creation? our gpo's prevent it currently. is there any other way around this or do we need to allow pst creation?

any help would be great ?

You need to also implement PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides, exactly like the article says.

This way, users will be prevented from adding to PST files, but EV won't because it hooks on to the override (and no, users can't :))
