Backup For External HP DAT160 USB in windows 2008 64 bit OS

Hi,

Is it possible to take a backup through NetBackup 6.5 for external HP DAT160 USB in windows 2008 64 bit OS.

If yes how it can be performed.

The Netbackup 7.x Hardware Compatibility List can answer that question.

It however does not look like DAT160 is supported. But I suggest you take a look yourself.

Please note Netbackup 6.5 will run out of serivce in October. It time to upgrade.

Your tape drive does not seem to be supported.
