Hello,
After struggling with the Netbackup Consistency Check, i got the wanted result, which is the famous message :
NBCC did not detect any NetBackup catalog inconsistencies.
But now, when i lauch the upgrade, from the Netbackup DVD, it fails with the attached log file.
It just says that some actions exit with state 1, which means that there's an error somewhere.
And then it starts rolling back.
I am asking for help to solve that problem please.
Regards

From what you have provided I think this box needs a reboot after some other software installtion. So perform a reboot of this box and retry the installation.

Of course you did take backup of NBU catalog, right?

Hello, i would like to thank you all, i followed your tips and i found that someone made changes to that machine, and there was a pending restart which blocked the upgrade process of the Netbackup software to 7.1.
Now, everything is okey, i have my master/media server in 7.1. i would like to ask you if i need something special to upgrade clients to 7.1 or it is done automatically by the master server?
Thanks in advance for your help

You need to update clients manually - until you have configured LiveUpdate policy for the same...
