OK, for a moment forget NBU.
Can you write some files manually to the area you are trying to restore to.
For example, just copy some files to the same path that the restore shold be runing to.
If that fails, you have a operatin system/ file system issue.

Was anything restored to the client? What is status of client's D-drive?
Do you have 'tar' log enabled on client? (<install-path>\netbackup\logs\tar)
We need tar log to see what is happening on the client.

Do my test first,if you can copy data, following mariannes post and get the tar log from the client.
Mariane is 100% correct, but there is no pont in geting the tar log if there is an os issue, hence my test first.

I think mph999 is correct, look here in the tar log:
11:05:39.015 AM: [2276.12720] <4> file_system_restore::tfs_writeclose_start: INF - Set times successful. 11:05:39.031 AM: [2276.12720] <2> tar_base::V_vTarMsgW: WRN - error writing file: D:\Arq\USUARIO\Smk\MPL_FIXA\RE\AIDA\BASE DE ASSINANTES MENSAL NEOTV.xls 11:05:39.031 AM: [2276.12720] <2> tar_base::V_vTarMsgW: WRN - disk full at byte: 0
Can you actually write to the destination restore directory? Try copying a largish file there using the same account that runs the NetBackup Client Service.
