hi, guys, I have a question.
NBU master Windows 2003 X64, NBU7.5.0.3
no media server, we backup the data to CIFS shares of EMC data domain directly........
all the NBU services are running with domain account: sc.scbackup, and the backups have been working well for months.....
but today I got " (2074) Disk volume is down " error. and all the backups failed.
I tried to access CIFS shares of data domain \\DataDomain_IP\backup ,but failed. It always prompt me wrong username/password. but I am pretty sure the username/password are right since I can log in data domain with them.
and I also see some errors from Data domain logs..................but not sure how to resolve this.
so would you please help point me the right direction?

it is resolved now.
the reason is that our account svc.scbackup was kicked out of domain admin group.........
DD support helped troubleshootting this.

maybe not netbackup issue...
well then I will try to hold data domain support for this.
