If you have just one Master then the other server needs to be a media server as per my previous post
So ensure you have installed NetBackup Server software on it and take it from there - this is assuming you have sufficient licenses to do that and that you are using Enterprise Server versio (otherwise you cannot have another Media Server if you are on standard edition NetBackup)
So check your licenses, NetBackup edition first
Once done please upgrade as V6 went end of life last October

Firstly, the picture cannot be expanded - way too small to understand the issue.
What do you mean with the following?
i want control robot from remote host without changing the master server
What is current status? Is master controlling the robot? Which part of master server do you NOT want to change?
Can 'remote host' see the robot as local device?
Please post output of 'scan' on remote host.
Is 'remote host' configured as media server?
Please post output of 'nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose' on master server.
One more question:
Are you aware of the fact that NBU 6.x is no longer supported?

srv06r2 host master server.
srv06r3 host directly connected to robot
i want use netbackup and control robot from remote srv06r3 host
Can 'remote host' see the robot as local device?
Please post output of 'scan' on remote host.
Sorry( I do not know how this is accomplished((
Is 'remote host' configured as media server?
No. remote host srv06r3 not configured as master server
Please post output of 'nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose' on master server.

srv06r3 is not listed as a Media Server
Assuming that you have installed Media Server software on that server and its Master is set to be srv06r2 then open the Master Servers Host Properties and add srv06r3 as a Media Server and then re-start NetBackup on the Master
This should register srv06r3 as a Media Server (if not you will need to run nbemmcmd with the required value to add it as a Media Server.
You should then be able to run the Device Configuration wizard and see srv06r3 as a server to scan and the wizard should then add the tape library in for you
I would deleted what you have already again first
The main thing is to get srv06r3 showing in the configuration as a Media Server - after that you will be able to set things up correctly
Hope this helps

OK - if I understand correctly, you have 2 separate master servers:
srv06r2
and
srv06r3
These two machines don't know about one another as far as NetBackup is concerned.
Because your remote master (srv06r3) is functioning on it's own, the robot configuration for this server needs to be LOCAL (top option).
'scan' command can be found in /usr/openv/volmgr/bin on a NetBackup server.
Please also post output of 'nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose' on srv06r3.
