Issue with vault reports

We have 2 tape libraries (LTO4 and LTO5) which run 2 separate vault offsite profiles. LTO4 one does tapes in/out and Catalog Backup emails, LTO5 only does tapes in/out emails (Picking list for Robot/Picking list for Vault).

The problem is that we never get any tapes in LTO5 Picking List for vault. When I go into reports and try to run a report for it - it comes back empty. The other 3 vault reports work just fine.

I have to manually go into LTO5offsite volume group and grab the list of tapes from there.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Are you set the vault profile correct?

you should set eject function and set default eject immediate.

Thanks. Your suggestion wasn't really relevant, but it pointed me in the right direction.
