The storage server is down for the appliance
bpstsinfo is giving authorization failure
ost-plugin/appliance-name.cfg file was missing
Created the same
Asked customer to restart the netbackup services on the master server
Customer is getting permission from IT manager, and he is performing the same shortly
-- To check with customer if the issue is resolved

Disk Pool db_disk_midrbsa01in in status = UP, admin down, InternalDown
Storage Server mimbbsa01is in state = DOWN, AdminUp, InternalDown

Can you tell us the appliance product name? Is this new setup, or existing configuration that works fine day before? Have you already installed OST plugin for this appliance following instructions of appliance vendor? Did you run bpstsinfo as administrator(or root) user?
